Halloween Fun Day!

Happy Halloween!
We had a wonderful week of fun!
Yesterday was filled with
cuteness and laughter!
Check out these sweeties:

After our "photo shoot"
we played some fun games.
We picked partners and made
each other into mummies!
We.had.a.mess.
But they laughed and laughed!

Mr Jaxon was my partner.
We both quickly decided we would rather
watch the mayhem than to participate!
haha!
Too much craziness for us!

Then we did another little game that I
do every year.
I told a little spooky story about a man
named Sam. We had food props to resemble
the feeling of body parts.
Before I even began the story I said
at least 5 times that the story
IS NOT REAL..
THE STUFF IN THE BOWLS
ARE FOOD!

Oh my gosh.
It was HILARIOUS!
This group seriously had me cracking
up at how funny they reacted!
Let me just say that the girls
may have been the bravest!

The pickles were his toes,
carrots were his fingers,
spaghetti noodles were his intestines,
and the olives were eyeballs.
No worries.
After the story ended we looked in
the bowls and saw the food.
Some even ate his "eyeballs".
So funny. Love those kiddos.

Adlyn Mae brought everyone a neat bucket
for the occasion! Our parents did not disappoint
on the candy giving!

This whole week was full of fun books and crafts!
I took some random photos for you:

I hope you all have a wonderful time
enjoying your kiddos at this time.
Before you know it they will be grown and gone!
I will leave you with one of my favorite Halloween
pictures of my girls:

So be truly glad,
there is wonderful joy ahead.

Picture Palooza!

Hello! Long time no see!

We have had a glorious week.....or 2 weeks of preschool!
I know everyone has a busy schedule and mine is no exception!
From ballgames to Craftsy Chicks to camping to preschool, my schedule
has been crazy!

I fortunately found the time to snap some photos of our activities
the past little bit.

We are continuing our color and shape recognition.
We've learned some new songs and learned some new games!

Here are a few shots of those cute kiddos having some fun!

Everley asked if I could take a picture of her "pretty smile":)

Adlyn Mae wrote her WHOLE name! Great Job sweetie!

We have a standing date with Carroll County Solid Waste each Friday at 11am.
A few of the boys mentioned that they think they would like to do that when they got "old".

We LOVE doing work on the concrete. I normally have them write their names. So far they have
had to draw each shape we are covering for the week.
Diamonds were particularly challenging to draw, but they stuck with it!

Braxton earned some gushers for the whole class! He was super excited to hand them out to all the kids!

We made kites for the diamond shape.

It may not look like much, but there is so much learning going on!
Just the simple act of pulling a sticker off the paper is using
fine motor skills that are so important to successful writing!
They work so hard!

We meet our shapes each week.
Eli is holding Rudy Rectangle.

Braxton drew a rectangle! 2 sides are long and 2 are short!

 Best Buddies.

For the color brown, we mixed our own chocolate milk.
It is referenced in our Brown Song. That was quite the mess
when 10 little guys were stirring and stirring and stirring!
We drew ovals all over Mrs Melea's front driveway!
That was super fun!

We always love our learning time on Mr Buddy's smart tv!
Aren't they so sweet?!

I am so blessed by you.

I will send down showers in season;
there will be showers of blessings.
