One Last Time.

Hey Y'all.

I have had my "last" blog post on my to-do list for awhile now- but I found it hard to bring myself to actually type it. I'm not real sure why either. It could be because I don't like good byes or The Ends- but at the same time I love new things and change. I don't know- but I do know that I struggled.

So here it is. My last blog post for Giggles & Grins Preschool. Around 3 months past the day I shut the doors. I will apologize for the picture overload- but these were pictures I wanted to make sure mommas and daddies had a chance to see and save.

We had a wonderful summer. Lots of water, painting, puppies and SNAPCHAT! Lol. This group of kids- along with all my preschoolers- will hold a very special place in my heart.

Graduation was a success. We had around 150 guests at our last production.

Sweet Gifts given to me at Graduation:

You are flawless.
My last sweet group. I love each and everyone of them. This picture is actually my screen saver on my computer at work.

VBS is always a fun time.

Rhett's new puppy, Chopper was a hit! He is a big puppy now!

Basketball Day Camp with Kodee as our Coach! We LOVED it!

Reunited and it feels so good!
This group of boys went to preschool together a LOOOOONG time ago- then went their separate ways to different schools. I am so glad they had a play date together this summer!
On our very last day, we decided to go to McDonalds and to the pool.

You all made my last summer one to remember. Thank you for spending it with me!

Oh! And look who came to visit me on Halloween! I absolutely LOVED seeing each of you!

I have made lifelong friends through this preschool and I am so thankful for that. Not only the parents- but these kiddos are so dear to me. I love them like they are my own.

I can't even begin to list the things that I have learned being a preschool teacher/owner. Lessons that will last me a lifetime. Some of those lessons were hard ones to learn- life changing. Looking back now, I am so thankful for all the experiences- good and bad.

Although this was an end to an amazing 10 year run- I am so happy with my new "life". My job is amazing and I work for an amazing company with amazing people.

A little role reversal. I am the one taking all the "first" pictures- but Kaitlin took a picture of me before my first day of work. I'm so glad I have this to look back on that day.

I miss seeing "my" kids everyday! I hope they all are doing great in their new schools!
THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be a part of your child's life. I am forever grateful for that.

PS- IF you made it this far in the post,  I wanted you to stay tuned to my new blog-
mamabearblogger.com
It is still under construction, but hope to have it up and running soon!
I enjoyed this blog so much, I wanted to continue writing.

I hope to see you all over there on that site!

With Love,
Mrs Melea
