Merry Christmas!
Sorry this post is so late!
I have literally been working on this
for 3 days! Blogger wouldn't let me upload
multiple pictures at once!
So, it has taken FOREVER to upload each picture!
Anyhow, here is our Christmas Party day!
Before Santa came, I read a book
about the original Christmas story.
It is VERY important to me that these kids
know the REAL reason we celebrate Christmas.
I was very proud that after the story.
I asked the kids some questions we had
been working on all week and they
TOTALLY delivered!
Great job, guys!
I think we impressed the folks!
The above pictures are of when Santa first came.
We had been rehearsing a special song for him.
So, we sang "Santa Claus is Coming to Town"
just for Santa!
He loved it!
After Santa left,
it was time for PRESENTS!
There is only one word to describe it:
CRAZINESS!
If I didn't get a picture of your child opening presents,
I am so sorry!
I was just trying to survive!
lol!
The kids were so pleased with all their gifts.
Thank you so much for participating!
And a BIG thank you to the parents that were
at the party! You all just jumped right in
and helped! Thanks so much!
Thursday afternoon,
we had a birthday party for Jesus!
And we had to celebrate Roper's birthday too!
He was born on Christmas Day, 4 years ago!
We made sure everyone had their Santa pictures before
Christmas, so I uploaded all the pictures to Wal-Mart Photo
and Misti ran over and got them!
Kathy cut out picture frames until her fingers were bleeding
(not really, but it was a job!).
And I, thanks to my wonderful Cricut,
cut out snowflakes for the bottom.
We put these together during nap time,
complete with a magnet on the back for your fridge!
For those who had left after the party that morning,
we mailed them that afternoon, so you
could have it in time for Christmas!
We had a wonderful day!
I feel so blessed and loved with all your cards and gifts.
Above any gift, I truly feel blessed that you
trust ME and my staff with your most precious gifts.
You are a true blessing.
With Love,
Ms Melea
