Another Goodbye......Miss Tatum:(

Do I have to say goodbye, again???
I hate goodbyes.
Hopefully it will be just a "see you later".

This little girl is such a wonderful child.
She is smart and beautiful.
I mean- look at these blue eyes!
Poor Matt and Britni.
I feel sorry for them when she turns 16!!

I love you Tatum!
You have no idea how much I will miss you!

I was gone from work yesterday (a funeral).
When I got into my office this morning I found this:
For a "going away" gift for me-
Tatum brought me a slip n slide!
For me??!!
I LOVE IT!
We couldn't wait to try it out!
Except I forgot my bikini today.
(insert visual)

We loved it!
I hate to see my water bill next month!
Ha!
They played and slipped and slidded (is that a word?)
until they couldnt anymore!

One last picture.
Excuse my hair.
oh, and my makeup.
or lack thereof.
Love. this. girl.

We all will miss you Tatum!

I thought I would catch up on the past several days.
I have had an extremely busy week.
Which is no different than any other week for me,
but this week was EXTRA busy.
I had taken some pictures and didn't get them posted!

Tatum and Tamika helped with pancakes last Friday!
Our neighbor, Miss Nancy, brought us the most EXCELLENT
banana muffins.
To. die. for.
mmmmmm.
Thanks Ms Nancy!

We painted a Fourth of July painting...

which I thought turned out so adorable!

We had some great helpers for lunch.
Love these two.
They are SOOO much help!

All of you who know me, know that I am busy all the time
with my kids. The past 2 weeks have been NO exception!
We started off with Father's Day, a day early mind you.
Which we got to celebrate one heck of a dad!
We love you Buddy!

Then we've had some family togetherness the rest of the 2 weeks
Our family is running a fireworks stand across from Wal- Mart, by Carroll Electric.
It has consumed our other waking moments!
But actually has given me some healthy challenges!
Did I mention that Rhett calls it the "Castle of Torture".
lol.
Nah. It hasn't been too bad. Just a lot of time.

Buddy's dad and stepmom have even been helping.

Sooooooo....
If you are looking for a GRRRREEEEAAAAT firework stand,
please come by and see us!
We will be open through the 4th from 9am to 10pm.
We will also be open on the 5th for a while!

Our licensing monitor came this week.
I don't know why I get so nervous when she comes?
We follow the rules....... and then some.
Being nervous  is normal, right?
I passed. Everything was kosher.
Whew.

The VERY next day,
My food program monitor came!
Why not?!
I was nervous with her too.
WHY??!!
I passed.
Whew.

Let me tell you-
What. a. week.

The funeral I went to was for my cousin, Deanna.
I would like to ask for prayer for my family.
She was just 31 years old. She died unexpectedly with a heart atack, this past Sunday.
She leaves behind a 10 year old little boy, Zachary.
Please lift them up in your prayers.
It was hard to see my family go through this.

Thank you all so much for your support and dedication to me and this school!
We are having a GREAT summer!

With Love,
Ms Melea
