Happy Birthday, Beckett!

This big boy is 3 today!

This is his "silly" face!

I loved this picture.
He was licking the icing off his finger
and Kasen is peaking around the corner.
:)
Sweet boys.

I know I've said it before...
but can you believe his eyes????
Gorgeous!

His momma brought treats fore everyone too!
Thanks mom!
His nanna even came to visit during lunch.
That was a special surprise!

I hope you've had a wonderful day, Beckett!

Yay for Wednesday!

Here are a few pictures of our day,
which was wonderful!

Ms Yvonne came to read us some Christmas books!
She always tells us how special we are to her.
She is pretty special, too.

During free time,
Miss Emma made me a yummy dish!

And during lunch,
Eli was very sleepy!
Happy....but so sleepy.

Going......
.

Going.......

GONE!
lol.
Bless his heart.
He couldn't hold out any longer!
Sweet boy.

Gavin, on the other hand, was a little ham at lunch!
I told him to smile-
this is what I get:

It was cute, but I wanted him to look AT the camera, so
I say, " SHOW ME YOUR TEETH!"
This is what he does:
lol.

Handsome Beckett is going potty like a BIG BOY today!

Sweet Evan too!

Beautiful Cadyn is so sweet.
I tell her I want a picture..she automatically
smiles and yells CHEEEEESE!

Mr Dane is so stinkin' handsome!
I feel sorry for his momma and daddy
in about 13 years!
Heartbreaker!

I hope you have ALL your shopping done
and all your presents wrapped!

Don't forget that Santa is coming to visit on Thursday,
December 22nd!
Also, we are CLOSED on Friday, the 23rd and Monday, the 26th!

E is for Elephant!

We have had a wonderful CALM day.
I love days like today!

This week we are learning the letter Ee and the #5.
We made the cutest little elephants!

Along with our Elephant theme for the day,
we read a sweet little book about a baby
elephant that gets fed up with his brother and
sister being mean to him,
so he decides to run away.

His little journey was scary, so
he decides that being at home wasn't so bad after all.

Here is everyone with their elephants:

We worked super hard on them!

I thought they turned out adorable!

Speaking of adorable!
Look at this precious baby girl!

Gavin was WAY too active to get a good shot.
Here he is dancing to the Wiggles.
Micah just might whip me if he knows
Gavin likes the wiggles.
lol.
Maybe we should watch it EVERYDAY!
lol. just kidding.

These two are so funny!
They love getting their picture taken!
As soon as they saw I had the camera, I heard them
both say "CHEESE!"

Good job guys!

We hope your day was as wonderful as ours!

By the way...
God is so good.

Yay for Friday!
I had something just pretty awesome happen to me today!

Let me tell you the story...
First off, I have been to the Christian Book Store TWICE this week.
I walked by the children's Christmas display.....TWICE.
The first time I walked by, I picked up every single item.
I wanted every. single. item.
I left with the true Christmas Story on DVD.
What I REALLY wanted was the Little People Nativity Set .....
WITH lights and sounds...mind you.
Forty. Dollars.
Didn't happen.
Needless to say, this kind of thing happens to me alot.
I put it down and left happily with my movie.

The second time I was in the store, I saw it again
and admired it from afar. I got what I needed, and left happily.
My thoughts were "maybe it will be on sale AFTER Christmas.
Or I will make sure and get it for NEXT Christmas."
No big deal.

Guess what Roper walks in with for his Show & Tell today?
Im not kidding!

AND his wonderful momma and grandmomma said we can
borrow it until Christmas!
WOOOOO HOOOOOO!

I cannot tell you how excited I was!
A HUGE THANK YOU
goes out to Lindsay and Marilyn.
I believe that God worked through you today.

At circle time, we sang some Christmas songs and I asked the kids
if they wanted to hear my favorite  Christmas song.
Of course they said yes!
I will share that with  you guys too:

click on link below.

I have yet to figure out how to post the actual youtube video
where you can watch it from this site.
I will study that and maybe one day I can figure that one out!

Anyway, the kids learned ALL about the birth of Jesus.
They were completely fascinated with it!
You will have to ask them what they know!
**********
Earlier this week this cutie patootie, Zakary,
brought some DELICIOUS chocolate chip
cookies that his mommy made.
I may or may not have eaten 2....or 3 of them!
Thank you for sharing, Zakary!
He even got to pass them out!
One word.
Spaghetti.

We had spaghetti on Thusday.
lol.
Some of the kids just need to be hosed down after this meal!

But they love it!

You would think that it is Thanksgiving again!

Yummy.

Most of them had to get second helpings!

Mmmmmm good.
We hope your week has been great!
And an even more wonderful weekend!

Let It Snow!

I have to apologize for being out
of blog world for a while.
My laptop is sick:(.
Which in turn, makes me sick.
It is not even 6 months old!
*************

I loved waking up to a bit of a
winter wonderland!

We couldn't wait to get out in this white stuff!

Of course, we weren't there for very long!

After the snow,
we did a little school work:

We have played with some cutie patooties, too!

Just because my computer is sick,
doesn't mean my camera was!
Here are a few shots from the past few days:
We watched The Cat in the Hat for the letter C!

Some awesome church friends brought us a
HUGE box to play in!

A BIG THANK YOU to
BOB AND CHAR WINGARD!
You have instantly became celebrities at this preschool!
We LOVE our new house/ McDonalds/ school/ gas station!
We have found MANY uses for our new toy!
And I am so proud that it has lasted as long as it did!:)

Today we decided to make a bigger place to play,
so we rounded up some old sheets and made a big tent!

So much fun!

We hope you have enjoyed this winter's first snow!
We sure have!

Ms Melea
