F is for Frog

I will be the first to admit that I have
not been on my Blogging "A" Game!
I took this weekend to regroup and get organized.
Well, as good as I can with
my crazy hectic life!

This week we are reviewing the letter Ff
and the # 6.

Today, William was my special helper!
Here he is with our cool book we read today:

We then made our very own Frogs!
While making these,
the kids had to
FOLLOW
(f word)
directions.
I would tell them which size and color
of shape to use next and they had to watch me
assemble mine, then do it themselves.
Seems easy,
but these kiddos get ancy and want to
go ahead of me!
We had some frog tongues beside our eyeballs!
Lol!
Following directions and being patient
are two HUGE lessons to be learned
in preschool.

Little activities like this
help them to learn.

Voila!

Since it was rainy and gloomy today,
I got out the scissors, glue, markers, and colored
paper so the kids could make their
very own masterpieces!

They LOVE to do this.
It keeps them happy for awhile,
until we have to clean up
the 50 thousand tiny pieces of paper.
Then it's not so fun!
Lol!

These pretty little girls fixed Mrs Melea's hair this afternoon.
They informed me that I had little white "things" that
wouldn't come out!
I am glad I have an appointment Friday to wash those out!!
hahaha!

My little family has been
BUSY!!!
As usual.
We have been watching Rhett Dawson
and the Jr High Tiger Football Team!
They had a HUGE win against Marshall
last week!
Here is my handsome boy running that football!

And these beautiful girls had their first game of
their 2014- 2015 college season tonight.
They won!
Love my kiddos with all my heart.

And if all that wasn't enough to keep me busy,
My friend Amy and I have been blessed
with wonderful response to our new
business
The Craftsy Chicks.
If you haven't heard of it,
Look us up on Facebook!
We are loving it
and I am really loving meeting new
lovely ladies!

With everything that is going on in my life,
I tend to think there is not enough of me to
go around and not enough hours in the day,
I am assuming I am not the only momma
that feels this way.
Although my babies are older,
they still need me.
I hope they will always "need" me.
I will always need them.
So for you mommas that are feeling my pain
tonight, this is for you:

Cast all your anxiety on Him
because He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

With Love, Mrs Melea
