Umm...

Just a TAD late on the Easter Post.

Sorry.

I have picture overload, too.

So my commentary may be little to none.

I will tell you that we had a BLAST!

I want to thank all of my wonderful parents that brought

treats and eggs and plates and drinks, etc.

You all are AWESOME!

I am so blessed to have you and your kiddos in my life!

Of course, all week we learned about Easter.

No, we didn't learn about the Easter Bunny

or talk about hunting Easter eggs..

well, not much.

My main focus was for the kids to KNOW why we celebrate Easter.

Really know why.

I was proud to hear that alot of them went home

explaining to their mommas and daddies

that JESUS ROSE!

THATS why we celebrate Easter!

Which reminds me of a funny story,

a few years ago, I had been teaching the very same

lesson. I wanted to make sure that they

remembered why we celebrated Easter, so

on their way out the door I asked each of them the reason.

One little girl YELLS! at the top of her lungs:

JESUS' ROSES ARE DEAD!

hahahaha!

Instead of Jesus died and rose from the dead.

Love them.
