Fantastic Friday!

Tatum is my special helper today! I was sitting with the kids as they were playing.....I started to look around and EVERYONE was reading a book! I was so proud of the kids! Here is Geneva enjoying her book:

It'r Raining! It's Pouring!

Good Morning! Happy Thursday Everyone! It is just a little after 10am and it has been an eventful morning! We had a surprise routine visit from our food program this morning! Needless to say- he came BEFORE 7am at MY HOUSE! Not the preschool! It had me in a TIZZY! haha! The ladies at his office hadn't changed my times on breakfast OR my new location on my paper work! Luckily we got things straightened out and I passed with FLYING colors!

Breakfast: toast with butter and jelly, banana, and milk

Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Ruffles Potato Chips, cucumbers with ranch

dressing and green grapes all with a glass of milk!

Snack: Whales Crackers with juice

Mattie is my special helper today!

Here is Brayden with our awesome book we read this morning! It is called Shampoodle. It is such a cute and funny book!
Since it is raining- we had to have free time inside. Here is what each child decided to do with their free time:

I went up to see what the little guys were doing and they had just finished listening to Miss Kathy reading 4 books! Here they are holding the books they read this morning:

What a GREAT lazy day!

Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins, banana, and Milk to drink
Lunch: Fishsticks, mac n cheese, green beans, and peaches with milk to drink
Snack: Peanut Butter and Crackers with chocolate milk!


We had a special surprise today! Ms Yvonne was back with her "Manners Course". I apologize that I didn't get pictures of this! She spoke with the kids about saying "please" when you ask for something. They all took turns asking for something special (pretending of course) along with the word PLEASE at the end of the sentence! Super proud of them! They all behaved well while we had our special guest!

After our crash course in manners, the kids talked me into just playing! They said PLEASE! haha! How could I resist? I sifted through my office and found a whole tote full of Barbies! The girls were THRILLED! Here they are playing with them:

I went upstairs to see what the little guys were doing- to find this:

What a Wonderful Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday!:

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios with milk and apple juice to drink
Lunch: Chicken Nuggets, bread and butter, corn, and crushed pineapple with milk
Snack: Yogurt and Teddy Grahams snacks with milk


What a WONDERFUL day it has been! It has been, dare I say it? EASY! We had a small crew today! GENEVA LEW is my special helper today! Here she is with her beautiful smile:

Did you know that we brush our TEETH every morning after breakfast?! Here is Mr Roper brushing his teeth so good:We are learning about triangles and the color red today. We sang lots of songs and read The Little Red Riding Hood. An oldie but goodie! Here Levi is holding our book for today!
As long as you are good during circle time and school time- you were rewarded with 10 skittles each! If I see that you are not listening or participating, I take 1 skittle away. Everyone got their skittles today! Here is Mattie enjoying hers!

Since we are learning about the color red, we thought we would take a little walk across the street and look at the RED stop sign. We talked about the color and what it says and why we even have stop signs! Also, since we are talking about triangles, we went on down the street to see a YIELD sign! We counted its sides and points and talked about why we have YIELD signs!

Welcome Axton!

Today was Mr. Axton's first day! We are so happy he is going to be spending Friday's with us!

We had a fun play day today! We had a few kids absent and all the kids had done so good on their handwriting and learning this week that I declared it a FUN day!!

Happy Thursday! Our special helper today is Reese! Today we had a little memory loss of how to pick up toys when asked the FIRST time- so I read a book called "Being Messy" to help refresh the kids' memories! Here Lily is with the book:

Happy Wednesday everyone!
Brayden is our SPECIAL Helper today! He has been my big helper today! He even helped stir the milk! We had BLUE milk today!

For our school work today we took old magazines and searched for anything the color BLUE and any CIRCLES we could find! Here is Jayden with his work of art!

For breakfast we had cereal and a banana.

For lunch we had hot dogs, cheetos, green grapes and carrot sticks with ranch dressing!

For snack we will have oreos and milk!
