Picture Palooza!

Hello! Long time no see!

We have had a glorious week.....or 2 weeks of preschool!
I know everyone has a busy schedule and mine is no exception!
From ballgames to Craftsy Chicks to camping to preschool, my schedule
has been crazy!

I fortunately found the time to snap some photos of our activities
the past little bit.

We are continuing our color and shape recognition.
We've learned some new songs and learned some new games!

Here are a few shots of those cute kiddos having some fun!

Everley asked if I could take a picture of her "pretty smile":)

Adlyn Mae wrote her WHOLE name! Great Job sweetie!

We have a standing date with Carroll County Solid Waste each Friday at 11am.
A few of the boys mentioned that they think they would like to do that when they got "old".

We LOVE doing work on the concrete. I normally have them write their names. So far they have
had to draw each shape we are covering for the week.
Diamonds were particularly challenging to draw, but they stuck with it!

Braxton earned some gushers for the whole class! He was super excited to hand them out to all the kids!

We made kites for the diamond shape.

It may not look like much, but there is so much learning going on!
Just the simple act of pulling a sticker off the paper is using
fine motor skills that are so important to successful writing!
They work so hard!

We meet our shapes each week.
Eli is holding Rudy Rectangle.

Braxton drew a rectangle! 2 sides are long and 2 are short!

 Best Buddies.

For the color brown, we mixed our own chocolate milk.
It is referenced in our Brown Song. That was quite the mess
when 10 little guys were stirring and stirring and stirring!
We drew ovals all over Mrs Melea's front driveway!
That was super fun!

We always love our learning time on Mr Buddy's smart tv!
Aren't they so sweet?!

I am so blessed by you.

I will send down showers in season;
there will be showers of blessings.

Our week.

What a wonderful week!

We celebrated a beautiful FIVE year old! Happy Birthday, Ivy!

Oh yeah... amidst all the fun, we did do a little learning about triangles and the color red.

We even made lifesize triangles!
We thought that was pretty fun and silly!

We made all kinds of triangles!

On Tuesday, we welcomed Miss Kaitlynn to preschool!
I dont think she stopped smiling all day!
She is a sweetie!

And we found a frog on Tuesday.
Of course, the boys thought it was funny to chase the girls with it!

On Wednesday, we went for a walk and looked for triangles and all things red!
Our RED song talks about Firetrucks and Stop Signs being red!
Look what we found on our walk!

All of our new kids are settling in well!
First thing in the morning we miss our mommies,
but they quickly get too busy to miss much!

Today we brought out our new bubbles!

Thank you for allowing me to love on your kiddos!

Preschool is Just a Walk in the Park!

We have had a wonderful Friday!
We hope you have too!

Oh, and I snapped this picture yesterday afternoon!
Hopscotch with circles.
We counted every time we jumped!

Have a great weekend!

Thursday Fun!

Sweet kiddos!

Yesterday afternoon Ashlynn asked if I could take a picture of her with Sarah's kitty and send it to her mom.
"That way her mom could get her one juuuuuust like it!" Haha!

Today we did some handwriting outside to "earn" some skittles....

I was answering Craftsy Chicks emails during free time.
While I was sitting there these sweet boys were playing next to me.
I heard Edward, out of the blue, say " I love you, Gavin."
Without skipping a beat, Gavin said, "I love you too, Edward".
Then Eli chimes in and says "You both are my best friends".
Gah. I melted.
We want our boys to be tough on the outside, but sweet and mushy on the inside.
I.love.them.

Picnic table conversation started out like this:
"When my daddy was a little girl........"
Bahahahaha!
They definitely keep me laughing!

Ham and Cheese sandwich on wheat bread (disguised as white), cheetohs, strawberries, and broccoli with ranch was on the menu today! With a glass of milk....

Do not forget to be kind to strangers,
for by doing so, some people have
Embraced angels without knowing it.
