Kindergarten Will Never Be the Same......

Oh my.
I secretly dread this day.
Every year.
Only because this means another crew is leaving me.
My precious graduates this year.
5 boys.
Full of energy and spunk.
Love them.

We had such a great day at our
kindergarten tour!
Don't you love our adorable
Giggles & Grins tshirts?
Sports Corner did a great job!

We ate our breakfast quickly
so we could have a quick photo shoot.

(I love Grady laughing in this next pic.)

After the photo session,
we read my favorite book about kindergarten!
"Ready for Kindergarten, Stinky Face?"
The boys thought it was hilarious!

Then we saw the bus coming down the street!
Woo hoo!

Our friend, Bella and her momma, even joined us for the fun!

The bus was SO fun and cool!
They "couldn't believe they were on a REAL bus"!

Then we arrived at school.
I could tell they were a tad nervous.
We met Mrs. Chaney and Mrs. Tharp
as soon as we arrived!

We got to see the kindergarten classrooms!
We even saw some familiar faces!
Zachary, Lily, Emma, and Brayden!
Made me sad to see them there!
They are so BIG.

We flirted with the secretary too!
I thought their daddies would be proud!

The boys decided that computer lab
and the playground will probably
be their favorite part of kindergarten.

After the tour, we got on the bus, and guess
who we saw walking into the building??
KATELYN JOE!
We were so happy to see her!

Back to preschool.
We had a potty break and got in Mrs. Melea's car.
We may or may not have rolled down
the windows, opened the sunroof and jammed
to Justin Bieber.
Just in case someone saw us.

Off to the park!
We wanted to get there before the rain hit!
God answered our prayers to hold off the rain
until we got done with our fun day!
Thank you, Jesus!

After the park it is
tradition that we have lunch
at the infamous Jim's Drive-In.
Yummy!

Pretty sure they ate every bite of their food.
They were starving!

They were so good.
Laughed and laughed and laughed.
So fun.

I so love them.
They each are ready for kindergarten.
They know all they need to know
and are even doing some reading!
They will represent!
Woot!

Kindergarten!
Watch out!
You are getting some really cool kids!

With Love, Mrs. Melea
